Exercise Your Body and Mind
We are happy to announce yoga and meditation classes at the Way of Compassion Dharma Center.
Every Sunday morning you can join local yogini Devika Gurung or other instructor for 1 hour of self-healing and contemplative yoga instruction followed by 15 minutes of guided meditation.
We meet from 8:00 am to 9:15 am in the Round Room at Third Street Center. Bring a yoga mat if you have one. We have a few extras to borrow if you don’t have one with you. Special Yoga Class on Sunday, August 19th for Compassion Fest.
This class is suitable for all levels of practitioners and focuses on moving and releasing energy blockages.
*The yoga class is by donation but please consider supporting the yoga instructor in their teaching and practice.
