DESCRIPTION:Begin 2026 at the annual New Year’s meditation retreat with John and Laura at the Mercy Center in Auburn\, CA. This is a rare opportunity to be guided in practice by both John Bruna and Laura Bartels! \nThe retreat is beginner friendly and will also allow for seasoned meditators to deepen their practice. We will focus on developing the foundational methods and practices to sustain a meditation practice that is right for you.
