DESCRIPTION:The Dalai Lama’s 90th Birthday\n \nOn Sunday\, July 6th\, we are delighted to celebrate the 90th Birthday of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. In honor of his birthday\, we will be doing the sadhana practice of the Buddha of Compassion\, Chenrezig and including long life prayers for His Holiness. The practice of Chenrezig is a powerful and complete sadhana practice that incorporates meditation\, purification\, contemplation\, and lojong (mind training). DESCRIPTION:We are excited to announce that John will offer a 4-week immersive workshop exploring the profound and transformative Tibetan Buddhist sadhana of Four-Armed Chenrezig—the embodiment of enlightened compassion. Rooted in centuries of wisdom and practiced across all Tibetan Buddhist traditions\, this sadhana offers a complete spiritual path that nurtures the heart\, clarifies the mind\, and deepens one’s connection to all beings. \n\n\n\nJohn received instruction on this practice through an unbroken lineage from his teacher\, the late Geshe Tsultim Gyeltsen\, a revered Tibetan master and founder of Thubten Dhargye Ling Center in Long Beach\, California. Grounded in authentic transmission\, John shares these teachings in a way that is accessible\, practical\, and deeply rooted in the lived experience of the path. \nDates: July 27th through August 17thSundays from 8 am to 9 am Mountain Standard Time (online sessions using Zoom).
