Exploring The Stages of the Path
Wednesdays 6:00 – 7:30 pm Mountain Time

On Wednesdays, our spiritual director, John Bruna, provides commentary and guidance on the analytical topics of the Lamrim (stages of the path), using the book, How to Meditate on the Stages of the Path, by Kathleen McDonald as a primary text.

Each week we explore the profound wisdom of Buddhist Lamrim teachings, a step-by-step guide to cultivating the wisdom and compassion of the Buddhist path. These timeless teachings are not only for those practicing Buddhism but are universally relevant, offering practical tools to navigate life’s challenges more skillfully. Whether you’re a practicing Buddhist, seeking spiritual growth, emotional resilience, or simply a deeper understanding of the causes of suffering and happiness, these teachings provide insights that resonate across cultures and beliefs. The sessions are open to everyone.
