The Venerable Tenzin Priyadarshi Will Offer Instruction on Abiding in the Four Immeasurables

Join us for this very special instruction given by Venerable Tenzin Priyadarshi on Abiding in the Four Immeasurables
Join Venerable Tenzin Priyadarshi for a day of teaching and practice exploring the Four Immeasurables: loving-kindness, compassion, empathetic joy, and equanimity. At the heart of the Buddhist path, these boundless qualities invite us to meet ourselves, others, and our world with greater wisdom and openness.
Through teachings, reflection, and contemplative practice, we will explore how the Four Immeasurables nurture bodhicitta, the awakened heart of compassion, and how they can become a living presence in our relationships and daily lives. By cultivating these qualities, we deepen our capacity to contribute to the well-being and happiness of all beings, without exception.
This day-long program is suitable for practitioners of all levels.
Our retreat will include teachings, guided prayers, meditation, and discussion, offering an opportunity to connect with these transformative practices. A tentative schedule includes a morning session from 10am- noon, lunch break, and an afternoon session 2 – 4pm. All are welcome to join us.
For lunch, nearby restaurants are within walking distance and you are welcome to bring a lunch and eat here.
