Daily Metta (Loving-Kindness) Practice

Online Metta Practice – 12:30 pm MST Daily

During these times when so many are ill, struggling, or fearful as a result of COVID-19. We will be hosting a daily (Monday-Friday) Metta (loving-Kindness) practice to cultivate and send loving-kindness, peace, good health, and well-being out to all beings, including ourselves. All are welcome to join us. This is not just a Buddhist practice, it human practice for all beings, simply cultivating and sending loving-kindness. The more the better!

Time: Monday-Friday, 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm, Mountain Standard Time, USA.
