Daily Metta (Loving-Kindness) Practice

Online Loving-Kindness Practice 

Since the COVID-19 outbreak began, we gathered daily online to engage loving-kindness (metta) practice.  This is a practice to cultivate and send loving-kindness, peace, good health, and well-being out to all beings, including ourselves. Due to a change in John’s works schedule, we had to end the daily guided practice on Tuesday, June 9th. However, we have recorded the practice and it is available below for everyone to practice anytime and as often as they would like.

All are welcome to join us. This is not just a Buddhist practice, it human practice for all beings, simply cultivating and sending loving-kindness. The more the better!
