In this day-long retreat, we will explore the 31st Practice of a Bodhisattva through the wisdom of Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo’s Heroic Heart, learning how to cultivate honest self-awareness without self-criticism. As we learn to recognize our conditioned habits with kindness and clarity, we open the door to genuine transformation, greater compassion, and lasting peace.
