This retreat will focus on the wisdom section of the text.

John (Jangchub Chophel) greeting His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama.

“In this book, I offer you, the reader, valuable techniques from Tibetan traditions which, if implemented in daily practice, lead to mental peace. As you calm your mind and your heart, your agitation and worry will naturally subside, and you will enjoy more happiness. Your relationships with others will reflect these changes.” – The 14th Dalai Lama, How To Practice: The Way to a Meaningful Life

In addition to the retreat, John is teaching out of this text every Wednesday and offers a daily recorded guided practice to integrate the teachings into daily life. These are posted every day in our online community (www.wocdc.mn.co) and you can have them sent to your email or smartphone.

Date: Sunday, October 25, 2020, from 2 pm to 5 pm, Mountain Time.
