This Sunday – Identifying the cause and process of suffering and the wisdom of eliminating it.
Join us for our monthly gathering to deepen our Dharma practice. The half-day retreat will be lead by our spiritual director, John Bruna, and will focus on the teachings and practices from His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama’s book, How to Practice: The Way to a Meaningful Life. This precious text is a commentary on the Four Noble Truths by His Holiness with specific guidance regarding how to practice and meditate. This retreat will focus on the wisdom section of the text.

In addition to the retreat, John is teaching out of this text every Wednesday and offers a daily recorded guided practice to integrate the teachings into daily life. These are posted every day in our online community (www.wocdc.mn.co) and you can have them sent to your email or smartphone.
