Wednesday, October 31st is Lhabab Duchen the day that celebrates the Buddha’s return to earth after teaching the Dharma to his mother in the God Realm of the Thirty-Three. This day, just like any other day, is a fortunate day for engaging in practice!

Join us in person or online for a special practice of the Chenrezig Sadhana Practice during this special Buddhist Holiday.

Chenrezig meditation is a visualization practice where we use Chenrezig as our guide to develop sincere and profound compassion for all sentient beings and to purify negative karma and obstacles we have accumulated.

The Chenrezig Sadhana incorporates the Four Immeasurables, the Seven Limb Prayer that purifies and accumulates positive potential, purification and the Eight Verses of Thought Transformation. This is open to all and a great way to celebrate by creating the causes for Enlightenment and put into practice just what the Buddha had taught.
