Morning Practice

Join us from home for morning meditation practice. We will be offering an online practice every weekday, except Tuesdays, from 6:00 am to 6:30 am Mountain Time (USA). This is a great way to start your day with your Dharma brothers and sisters.

We will begin each session by taking refuge, cultivating bodhicitta, and reflecting on the Four Thoughts that Turn the Mind to Dharma. Then we will meditation and conclude with a dedication.

You can join us using Zoom. Just click on this link at 6:00 am – Please use earbuds or a headset. You have the option of turning your video on or off depending on whether or not you want to be seen.
