Online and In-Person

It is with great joy that we are able to offer transformative practice every Sunday morning. This is weekly support for those wishing to establish a Buddhist practice with the focus of Chenrezig (Buddha of Compassion). The practice of Chenrezig is a powerful and complete sadhana practice that is beneficial for students of all levels. The practice incorporates meditation, purification, contemplation, and lojong (mind training).

We offer this practice online through Zoom and also in person at the Way of Compassion Dharma Center space at the Third Street Center.

Time:
Sundays, 9:00 am to 9:45 am, Mountain Time.

  • John will not be available to guide Chenrezig practice on October 27th and November 3rd Due to the teaching by Zong Rinpoche (learn more here) and the Fall Retreat. As always we encourage you to continue your practice on your own or use the video below. We will be back on schedule, November 10th.
  • Here is a link to download the Chenrezig Sadhana.

In addition to our regular Sunday practice, you can watch the Chenrezig practice anytime to maintain a consistent practice by clicking the video below. It is through consistent cultivation of merit, wisdom, and purification that we are able to realize just what the Buddha had taught. May you all be swiftly free from suffering and quickly find lasting happiness and joy!
