The Dalai Lama’s 90th Birthday

On Sunday, July 6th, we are delighted to celebrate the 90th Birthday of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. In honor of his birthday, we will be doing the sadhana practice of the Buddha of Compassion, Chenrezig and including long life prayers for His Holiness. The practice of Chenrezig is a powerful and complete sadhana practice that incorporates meditation, purification, contemplation, and lojong (mind training). Our spiritual director, John Bruna, will guide that practice making accessible for anyone that would like to participate.
